Hi! Hello. Welcome to my yoga website. If you know me at all you know how much I love yoga. I’ve been practicing for over 20 years now and teaching for more than 10 years. My fascination with the practice of yoga and the amazing transformational powers it delivers is continuously expanding. I’m supremely grateful for my teachers, grateful for this path, and for all the blessings and challenges it presents. I love practicing it, talking about it, and sharing it with anyone who’s interested.
